Username/Password incorrect on PBE?

The issue started yesterday when I tried to log in on the PBE client. It repeatedly says that my username/password combination was incorrect. Last Sunday when I played on the PBE I could log in and out fine. Since returning to the PBE yesterday I have not been able to log in.

I have tried all generall solutions such as:

1. Resetting my password
2. Reinstalling the PBE
3. Restarting my computer
4. Sending a ticket (which as of now has no response)
