League servers shut down mid game for patch wont launch again

My game ended and gave the usual message when the servers go down for updates or whatever riot is doing and now the launcher wont work

The "league of 'legends" loading came up before the patcher as usual but after that it just stops running. I've tried admin-running, reinstalling, terminating for another start everything I can think of. scanned my computer for viruses too but now luck. If anyone knows how to fix please do tell.
