[CLIENT] IP Transaction Error When Buying Runes

I just purchased 3 attack speed quintessences, and was not charged IP for them. My account's balance before the transaction was 5169 IP, and after the purchase it remained the same. I received the runes, and the transaction was recorded in my Purchases log. The amount of the transaction was 3075 IP. Feel free to deduct this amount from my account, as I did not pay for what I received. I do not know if this bug is an isolated case or if others are experiencing it. This is the first time I have seen this bug. Thanks!
