Game disconnects, can't get back in and can't access league of legends website

Happens randomly.

I'm in the middle of a game. It disconnects as in trying to reconnect message pops up but doesn't reconnect ever.

Close game, try to open the client again but it keeps saying can't connect to game client or something.

When I try to access league of legends websites they don't open either but I can go to google or any other website normally.

Happens for a few minutes then it fixes itself? :l
