Huge Bug (In Game Issues)

Hey I just recently played a ranked game and the game pretty much broke. The minions were everywhere and no one could move at all. There was so much lag for everyone and it was just a huge mess. I have a video of it right here from lolreplay, but It will no let me post it here. I sent an email with the video though. But this needs to be fixed right away.
