zed buggs and patches

keeping it short and sweet, All I want is for riot to not allow certain champs to be played when they are bugged. Especially when i'ts a ranked match. we have pbe where everyone knows it is the place where updates happen first. and if there is a bug it should be sorted out there before it hits lol main client. I can't stress this enough, But then again what I might have experienced with zed was a unique error all on it's own. I can't say for everyone unless people play him. but when you are forced to play a match you want to win with a bugged out character...... I can't help but have the strong urge to leave and say peace out because it's not worth my anger to see myself get mad at something I obviously should not even have to encounter.Please help other summoners alike to never have to deal with this. I will still strongly support lol for it's intuitive and competitive gameplay.
