Hextech Loot table

I paid for 7 chests, and opened them getting normal drops. When I took 3 of them and rerolled it I got firecracker Jinx as my permanent unlock. I don't own Jinx at all and I tweeted riot support, and they said you should only get permanent skins for champs you own. Just thought I would let y'all know.
