First I noticed it not working on Ashe but who knows that might be because of her weird crit mechanic (though it should work,,, crits show as crits) and now I played tristana and after the first few minutes of gaming it doesnt proc anymore. Please fix

That's because ashe doesn't crit. She gets stronger slows instead.
