Gifting Riot Points Issue

The new Gun Goddess Miss Fortune just came out and I would like to purchase the bundle so my friend is gifting me some Riot Points. The issue is when you get to the screen where it asks “Type A Message”. When you type a message and click “Purchase Points” or something it just redirects you back to the “Who would you like to send this gift too?” I could be doing something wrong or it could be a bug, but I am curious of a solution and I would like to get the bundle. Please respond whenever you can before time is out. Thank you!

Also having this problem, my friend wants the new GGMF skin but I can't send them any RP right now because of this. Hopefully Riot will get this bug fixed!

My friends are telling me they are having this problem because that are insisting to buy me a skin off of my your shop. They can't do it because of this problem. Im okay with it but i see how its a problem.
