Inspiration Tree is locked for me, but I'm level 32
Hiya so Inspiration is locked for players below level 17 and it says that I can't use that because I'm not at level 17 yet. I am level 32

I feel like this is the league equivalent of being 21 and told you can't enter the bar because you look 18. lmao

EDIT I re-logged and it's working again; try that!
This is happening to me as well, but when i relog and even restart my entire computer it still doesn't go away. it's really weird, but like i'm a thresh main so trying to actually do supporting vs. ranged champs is annoying. And it doesn't say anything, it just acts like it's not there.
