Lux elementalist light skin recalling while walking glitck

I was playing Lux with the elementalist skin (Light) and I was recalling when I saw my teammate getting attacked so i clicked to go over there, but I was still recalling?! I could move fine and it would still show the recalling animation, the sound, I even had the bar above your health telling me I was recalling, but after the 8 seconds where over the animation stopped and I didn't tp to our base
