Snowdown Shop Report: Unapplied Sale

I opned my Snowdown Shop on 19th December, and I saw 6 skins are putted to sale. My last check was 21th, and when I came back on 25th,** I couldn't find my Snowdown Shop**. But I already bought my LoL prepaid card,, so I putted my prepaid card on 25th and bought one of the skin with original price.

After a day I found the shop again.....

It was a sale week but I bought the one of the skins in original price.. I think it disappeared for days and came back - even makes no sense. Please adjust my RP(If u can) or give me refund credit so I can buy other saled skins in the Snowdown Shop..
