Bugsplat: Game won't launch ;(

when starting league i will receive an instant bugsplat :( i have re-installed twice, i fixed this issue before buy installing it in another location, i have made sure I'm using the correct files but it still occurs ;( can i have some help or shed some light on the situation at hand?
