It should block any movement by enemies. It forces them to stop (except Vi, Malph, etc.). So yes it should. I don't think he is immune to CC during it. If he is then he can go through it.

But it is a stun. A root or snare makes sense to stop existing dashes.

Srsly tho, if trist SHOOTS A ROCKET AT THE GROUND TO CATAPULT HERSELF THROUGH THE AIR, dazing her isnt going to stop that momentum.

I think veigar wall needs cc clarification, as in either it does what stun implies, or they change the effect reading to both stun and root.

Rocket jump is a dash. The animation of it doesn't matter.

And they added in that it stops dashes closer to one they removed DFG

To be accurate it is listed as a "knockdown" + "stun". but yes, Riot did a miserable work making is reliable. EIther stop anything, or let anything through (like the old stun)
