[Gameplay] Anivia just runs forward during Nexus Siege

This bug only happened once. At the beginning of a game of a game of Nexus Siege playing as Anivia, once I clicked a direction to move, I ran strait toward the enemy nexus. I could not change directions or cast spells, though I could warp to the battlefield. This was not fixed after dying, but was fixed after leaving the game and coming back.

Of note, that game was incredibly laggy for me with ping consistently between 400 and 1000. Normally my ping is between 50 and 150.
