Items sets bug on Mac with Sierra

Hi there, I can not create items sets on my account. When I try to drop items in the blocks, nothing happens. I currently use a Macbook with Sierra, it seems to be the problem.

the only work around i've found is to make it on a PC if you can, if not then it looks like you have to wait. quite the annoying issue.
