Sion, Zed and Tower Sound bugs

For reasons I can't explain, after some time has progressed in the game, Sion's voice lines for his Taunts, Laughs and Jokes do not play when the command is typed in.

As for Zed, I'm sure everyone is familiar with what happens when you spam his Taunt - rather than playing the entire file, Zed stutters, so spamming his taunt sounds something similar to 'Em-em-embr-em-em,"

Also, Nexus Towers sometimes play the laser sound file on a continuous loop even though there are no targets. This seems to be triggered by both of them firing at once for certain periods of time.
