PBE RP and IP

I still haven't gotten the normal allocated amount of rp and ip on the PBE. I have had the account set up for 3 or 4 days now. Just curious because somewhere on the pbe faq it said it would only take 2-3 hours and a few logins.

You start with 100k IP and it shows that you have 0 until you buy your first champion. If that's what you are talking about.
