Game-breaking rendering map bug

The game just loaded like that, didn't use any program, close the game while it was loading. It just appeared like that, i could see mid from bot since the camera was at a much higher height ( could have used it to my advantage but it didn't feel fun or fair.) I dc and recconnected back and it got fixed. I doubt it's my computer since it's the first time it ever happened.
