When singed is supposed to fling enemies behind him with his E he instead makes them hop in place, making the whole play useless, because the caracter bases his attack on position. This does not happen very often, but it might be connected to enemy champ using an ability while singet flings. Thanks for your help.
This happened to me twice yesterday, both times while champions without movement abilities were walking away from me. They not only seemed to not get flung behind me but kept their momentum moving away. One was on Summoner's Rift and the other on Howling Abyss. The one on howling abyss was kinda near the side wall, but the one on SR was in a lane near no terrain. It might have something to do with minions being nearby?
This just happened to me as well. I didn't notice a pattern, except that it happened sporadically.
