Can't get pool party points!

I has been sent 10 gift to a same player "HK Mouth"on 17/6/2015, but I still got 10 points on the next day, and now is 30 points only. There suppose to be 100 points or 55 points(max). Tha same situation in "HK Mouth" account, he has sent me 10 gift on the same day. I was e-mail to [email protected] on 18/6/2015. Can i get all the reward? Please advise.
