Stuck in fountain bug

Well another glitch where I get negative outcomes either way I was going into a game as singed top and it took my game a little longer to load, so I just waited it out and came into the game and when I did I bought my items and attempted, ill say it again, attempted to move out of the fountain to get to my lane, now I thought this would go away but it didn't and I couldn't relog because I would get another afk check and get 5 twenty minute wait times, so I just stayed in fountain, and also I tried to tele out to a turret in top lane, but I ended up not being able to move at all, so my team reports me for trolling makes fun of me the whole time because of this and when they said just restart I had to explain that if I did I would get the long 20 minute wait time and tat only made things worse, so much for this glitch in a RANKED GAME, where not only did I lose lp because of this, and if I won it I could have went into promos but I also get reported for it so much for that little mouse trap where I lose the lp anyway, but I get to choose being reported or getting 20 minute wait times for five games in a row, WTF.
