I got a 50$ Rp gift card for Xmas and i tired to redeem it, the sever was having some issues but i still tried, later when the problems were solved my card was already redeemed and i have no riot points. this sucks and please riot can you help me!! :'( ??

some one help me i sent a ticket to the support staff but the did't do anything i sent them more info and they still havent got back to me its been a whole day now and nothing... someone spent 100$ on this game for me and i cant even spend it is there anything i can do ?!! item 3151
