Missing files for league

I am missing league of legends files such as the lol air client and even configuration folder for league. I tried to uninstall and reinstalling but it does not work and I'm even having trouble with it saying BugSplatRC resource not found please help I tried everything I really want to play but if I can't fix then I'm just gonna play smite for now on.
