Data Request Not Sent

The ticket was #41448048 I have sent a request on July 16th requesting data for my account. On August 8 player support responded saying Blitzcrank Bot has got everything a sorted out for me and I should wait another 30 days. Today is Sep 16, which is a total of 2 months and the ticket is now closed. What am I supposed to do? Did I do something wrong
