Rads again..

So i just installed windows 7 on my laptop and downloaded the lol installer..after the installation is ready i try to open but the game will not patch...nothing appears on the screen...when i try to start again it says something about rads and kernell...i tried to run as admin...but didnt worked..so..what do i do..?

I just did this yesterday and had no problem with it. Literally reinstalled Win7, LoL was the second thing aside from Chrome I installed. Did you install DirectX and the C++ runtimes along with the game?
