Missing RP When Purchasing Skin in Team Builder. Please help!

I recently went into team builder to play a game. In team builder I chose Yasuo as my champion of choice. I decided to buy a skin for him on the spot since IT GIVES YOU THE OPTION. I pressed confirmed and it gave me the subtraction amount of RP like always. Now when I went in game I noticed I didnt have the skin. The problem is that I don't know if the RP points even got subtracted. Riot doesn't have a full history for RP points, including the amount you have left after every purchase. This should also include gifts. A full history would be appreciated because now I don't know if I bought the skin and didn't get it and the RP points got subtracted. Or if It never even registered and I didn't get subtracted the RP points and didn't get the skin. I know I should have kept track of the RP points but it was on the spot and I really wanted the skin. And the game was about to start so it was a last minute impulse buy. I have also read that team builder is notorious for doing this. And like I said, a full history would have given me full proof of whether or not the RP points got subtracted or not.

Does anyone know about this??? I bought the skin while a match was about to start.
