Demoted for inactivity during regular ranked play

Alright so before this happened I was silver 1 with 5 Lp and after losing a game I was demoted to Silver 2 due to ranked inactivity. Which I didn't know you could go down a division if you weren't at 0 lp so I was surprised by that and then I was even more surprised when 1 game later it said that I have been demoted to ranked inactivity. If you look at my match history it will show that I have been playing about 4 ranked games each night for the past couple weeks, so I should not be decaying. I have screen shots as well with dates and times. Thank you in advance for any feedback
