[Gameplay] Multiple Hex Cores on Viktor

I wish I had more info on this bug. I can't seem to duplicate it. It happened on Howling Abyss. I wasnt able to reconnect to a game after it refused to let me into the loadscreen. So I waited for the game to start and attempted to reconnect. The game let me in after I was about 50% done loading in the load screen. This was after several attempts to enter with the load percentage going up EXTREMELY slowly. (I checked my internet connection to make sure it wasn't me and everything else seemed to be working fine). Upon entering the game I proceeded to purchase my first Hex Core upgrade and a Needlessly Large Rod. However, I was unable to move and my gold value wasn't going down. I waited a small bit to see if I would catch up, assuming it was lag, and then tried reconnecting. When I reconnected, it connected me back in at about 50% on the load screen and I had 2 Hex Cores in my inventory. I proceeded to play the game. Both cores were fully upgradeable and both cores gave me the appropriate stats.
