CLIENT WON'T OPEN NEED HELP ASAP

Recently, I've been having issues opening to my lol client ever since the latest patch 8.1. After clicking client the lol windows would hover around my screen for at least 10 seconds then crashes without windows notifying me. I've tried to reinstall the client countless of times but it won't open afterwards. I would like some help on getting this issue fixed so I can play a game or two with you guys :)
