Can't interact with champ select

I was on ARAM champselect and I traded champs with someone and then changed one of my summoner spells. After I changed a summoner Spell the spell window disappeared but everything else was still a darker shade. I couldnt click on anything on the page but the countdown continued and I was able to load the match.

Just finished the match and it turns out that the endgame screen is also darker and I still cant click anything on the client.
