Issue Logging In To My Client

I just finished installing Patch 5.2 and when I went to type in my password to sign in, it would show anything I typed. It wouldn't let me type in the username or password boxes, except for numbers and some symbols. Basically, when I went to type in my password, only numbers would show up, and letters won't. I restarted client, unplugged and re-plugged my keyboard, & repaired my client. I'm about to restart my PC, but I am not sure if that would work. If I could get some info on this, it would be much appreciated.
