Bot loading picture bug [Client?]

Went into a bot game and the Leona bot had a bugged loading image. Image attached with a preview of the problem. I couldn't reproduce the bug since I couldn't get a Leona on the enemy team with the Pool party Leona skin with the Dawn chroma pack.
