Item not being in Summoners Rift

I was playing a match with my buddy and we both noticed that executioners calling wasnt in the item list in game. After the match finished we looked under create a item set page and it was clearly there, no limitations or anything to specific maps. that was all i noticed. love the new remake of the map :) keep up the good work
