Client Bug during game start

I was joining a game and decided I would rather do ARAM, so I hit the cancel, but just at that moment a game rang up. It said I cannot leave when a game has been assigned or something to that effect. So i joined and waited.. and the joining screen showed where people seemed to all accept the afk check, but then the last icon remained lit for about 30 seconds. It just sat there, then when I finally tried to close everything it wouldn't work. I went to open task manager to kill the whole thing, but then it popped back up to the home area. So I picked ARAM and tried to start a game, but then I got an error that I was already assigned to a game, and suddenly the champion selection music began to play. But I was still on the home screen of the client. This went on until I timed out in the game I was assigned and was banned for 5 minutes for leaving a game in selection. Just wanted to report that this bug happened.
