I'm not able to queue for 2 months now.

Alright so I have 2 accounts. Comcast seems to like to fail out whenever I play league, so I get a leaver penalty (5 or 10 minute queue ban). This is highly unfortunate, but whatever I can play again soon.. so I thought..

This originally happened on my smurf account, he has been in a 5 minute queue ban for 2 months now. This just recently happened to my main, who has been in a 10 minute queue ban for a week now.

I don't know what else to describe, it is literally comcast flaking out (Unless it's Riot servers itself; however I am unsure). I want to be able to play my favorite game, and I have no idea what to do. I opened a ticket and I was directed here.
