my Clinet says Can't log in because i seem to be offline!

I tried the steps you guys said about configs thing and to delete that line but still it didn't help at all and btw i didn't relaunch my clinet while in game i didn't relaunch it at all... can we please fix this weird glitch or find a solution ? :( thank you!
