Disenchant be not working?

I disenchant a that I got from my level 70 champion capsule I wanted to disenchant it but it didn't work it told me to log in again so that's what I did. When I logged back into the game to try to disenchant again the was gone and I didn't get my BE I'm still stuck at 2580 BE. Please help
