Got an S with Veigar, but no chest

I thought if you get an S with a champ, you automatically get a chest for the champ if you havent already for the season?

I just won a game in normal as Veigar and got an S grade, but no chest.

Are you sure you didn't get a chest with Veigar this season before? You don't need to get a S- or above, just need to be premade with someone who got it.

nope, I checked in my collection. shows Veigar as not having a chest collected yet

Well you can send two screens (the collection one with - obviously veigar icon and the one with the S or above - that you can find in your match history). They should send one chest to you afterwards. I did it once for a token and I received it.
