Spectator issues

Spectator server data request failed.

I have this problem in about 1 month now . 1st I cant avoid it. 2nd I cant even close the game screen when it shows of. 3d when I'm logging out and then logging in the game it's still there and server says that I'm spectating a game. Any help would be helped. Thanks!
