[CLIENT] Patcher - User Agreement / Terms of Service

After patching, when it comes time to agree, there are miscellaneous "" in the body of the text. I am assuming that you guys just forgot to "strip slashes" after you pulled it from the database.

This is not a major issue, just as a web developer I could not let it go unreported.
