Pixelated HUD in game and sometimes summoner spells.

Not all the time but sometimes when I load up league the Summoner icons look kind of blurry or pixelated and yesterday for the first time the same thing happened with the HUD when I got in game. The pictures and HUD are the only things that get pixelated so I don't think it is my graphics card. Anyone else getting this issue or just me?

Yes, the HUD itself, icons usually not (champ icon, spells, summoners). Can confirm the bug. I believe its a hiccup with your graphics card or cpu. but its definately client/personal side.
