BUG - ASHE, BRAND, JINX PLEASE FIX.

All that I know is that Brand has ult at level 1 as an AA. Jinx has both Q's at the same time. And all of Ashe's AA slow. Please fix. Got screwed in ranked because of it and didn't get a Loss Prevented.
