Competitive (attempting to reconnect) for both teams

Hello. Me and my team started well in competitive today. When we played final game. Leagueoflegends bugged. All of my and enemy team was stuck with 500ms in game. After 20 minutes of waiting we quit. But looks like server still bugged. On a client shows that we stil in queue for more than 1:20h.

We can't turn it off and go for other games (normals, ranked). We cant rematch either. Some people already quit.

So who is the winner? Are we get prizes? Are we get our tickets back?

Also at 3th games fps was horrible for mostly people in that games. Sincerely, 27 pixels And team Random poxui
