Playing versus AI, I noticed on pressing TAB that the bots were able to buy green wards. They are not available in the game no more.

This happens a lot actually, whenever an item is removed, the same thing happened when atmas was removed, Garen bot would still buy it, just need to wait for the bot items to be updated.
