[GAMEPLAY] Rengar's empovered bola going on cooldown

Okay so this bug happened a couple of times and I'm not sure how to recreate it.

Rengar's empowerd abilityes do not have a coldown when reached to 5 stack, so in term it means you can use double bola strike for example.

So in my case I had 2 stacks of my passive, I had jumped on the scutle crab used my Q and my W together and then I double pressed the bola, the regular one fired normaly and the empowered did not fire, I clearly had 5 stacks of my passive and the yellow coloring showed on all of the abilities, but the bola strike was on cooldown.

This isn't anything gamebreaking but as a rengar player I would like to have my champion work properly ^.^
