I played around 6 games of zed and I still have 0 mastery points on him. (Only one of them was bots)

I've been playing multiple games of zed on this account, and I still have 0 mastery points. Please help, I'd like to get mastery 7 sooner than later, but its quite impossible with this error [sg-ahri-1]

That looks like a very recent/low level summoner account... Is Zed free to play at the moment perchance? Is it possible that you are "renting" Zed by cashing in a champion shard? You can only get mastery points if you unlocked the champion permanently.
