[GAMEPLAY] - Sion cannot damage enemies when he uses his E on creeps right after using Q

I have over 100 matches with and this never happened to me before . When you use Q (fully charged or just enough for a stun) and immediately cast E on creep he sometimes gets kicked away like it should be,but sometimes he flies away around 1 meter in front of you...the thing is when the creep collides with other creeps and hero it deals no damage.

1. Charge Q enough for a stun
2. Cast E immediately after Q

> This bug occurs in my ranked matches very often so when I Q enemies I wait for 1 sec and then use my E to avoid "no damage bug".
