[CRASH] Selecting Yasuo in Lobby Causes Game to Crash Upon Start of Game

I bought Yasuo a few days ago and played maybe a handful of games with him. With those games I saw no issues. But starting today, whenever I play Yasuo, I will go through the lobby as normal, the load screen with zero issues, but as soon as everyone is loaded into the game it freezes and I am not allowed to do anything but move my mouse with the in-game cursor. I would have a screenshot of this but when I ctl-alt-delete to bring up task manager in attempts to get out of the game and close it, I can only get a black screen with my OS's task bar at the bottom, and cannot in any way close League or get anything to appear on screen over the black, and whenever I move my mouse from my task bar to the black screen, the cursor changes from the normal arrow to the in game finger cursor. As a result, the only way to get back into the game is to force-restart my computer and get back in that way, but by that point I'm at least 5 levels behind with little hope back in.

I've done some experimenting today and have found this only ever happens when I play Yasuo and no other champion (that I have tried at least). When I play as say, Sivir, I load up the game just fine and play normally. This has only started today, and I've "played" Yasuo three times getting the same result each time.
