Cannot reconnect to game

The game keeps disconnect when loading in, but I am entirely sure it is not a network problem since I am fine once loaded in. I tried to close the client since it keeps happening and stops me from joining the game, but once I logged back in, there is a message saying "Game still in progress", but I cannot find the reconnect button and I cannot join the game. As a result, I not only lost my series, but I am also placed in a low priority queue. I really hope riot could fix it or at least get me out of this low priority queue since I tried everything to join the game and I really don't think I should be punished by this.
